Sammohanam (2018) Vijay, an aspiring children’s book illustrator, harbors a disdain for the film industry, contrasting with his father’s enthusiasm. When a film crew, featuring renowned actress Sameera Rathore, uses their home for shooting, Vijay reluctantly agrees to tutor Sameera in Telugu. As they spend time together, Vijay’s preconceived notions about cinema and its stars begin to change, leading him to develop feelings for Sameera.

However, after confessing his love, Vijay faces rejection and misunderstandings, causing a rift between them. A series of events, including Sameera’s hospitalization due to an altercation with a jealous colleague, reveal the challenges she endures in her profession. Realizing his misconceptions, Vijay takes a stand to protect Sameera, leading to reconciliation and a deeper understanding of each other’s worlds.
